目的评价住院期间阶段性医、护、患三方考评体系对促进儿科临床护理质量的效果。方法 2014年5-9月对湖南省妇幼保健院普儿科病房采用阶段性医、护、患三方考评体系对护士实施绩效考核管理,在患儿住院期间由患儿家长、主管医生对护士护理工作进行两阶段测评,T1时点为住院第3 d,T2时点为出院当天,记录T1、T2时点住院患者满意度调查表得分、儿科医生对各自所在医疗小组护士护理工作评分。同时每月月底考评护士护理工作质量,包括:记录护理安全、服务对象满意度、健康宣教、护士综合素质测评、基础护理、消毒隔离、护理文书书写、护理教学、医师评价等临床护理工作评估内容。结果 5-9月份患者满意度时点T2时点(分别为140.19±7.51、142.45±6.64、140.12±6.95、143.90±5.31、148.19±5.19)与T1时点(分别为127.16±18.6、127.25±15.94、134.09±10.09、134.32±7.13、136.38±7.72)相比有显著提高(P<0.05);月终护理工作测评,9月份各护士护理安全测评得分(10.68±1.11)显著高于5月份(8.95±1.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);6、7、8、9各月份健康教育评分高于5月份(均P<0.05);6、7、8、9各月份医生对各护士护理工作评分高于5月份(均P<0.05);6、9月护士测评总分(分别为94.68±3.52、95.71±2.49)显著高于5月份(70.27±4.75),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论分阶段护理工作测评方法可及时发现住院期间患者对临床医、护工作的不满之处,并给予及时改进,增加医、护、患者三方的沟通与交流,促进实施个体化临床护理方案,提高临床护理工作质量,激发临床一线护士的主观能动性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of phased examination, nursing and tripartite appraisal system on promoting the quality of pediatric clinical nursing during hospitalization. Methods From May to September 2014, the performance evaluation of nurses was conducted in the general pediatric ward of MCH Hospital of Hunan Province from March to September in 2014. Conclusion The evaluation method of staged nursing work can find out the dissatisfaction of patients in clinic and nursing work in hospital in time, and give timely improvement to increase the communication and exchange between doctors, nurses and patients, and promote the implementation of individualized clinical nursing program The quality of clinical nursing work, to stimulate the subjective initiative of clinical nurses.
