富平地处关中平原北部,是典型的农业大县、人口大县,属西部欠发达县份;同时,富平处在关天经济区规划、革命老区振兴规划、陕西东大门建设等诸多政策机遇的交汇点,具有较好的发展基础。如何抢抓机遇、乘势而上,实现绿色跨越发展,是摆在全县各级面前的重大历史任务。必须突出抓好四个关键,在更高层次上推进富平绿色跨越发展。
