目的:探讨埃索美拉唑结合健胃愈疡片治疗反流性食管炎病人的临床效果。方法:从2014年3月-2015年3月我院消化内科收治的126例反流性食管炎患者中按入院编号随机选取63例设为观察组,采用埃索美拉唑结合健胃愈疡片治疗,将另外63例患者设为对照组,采用健胃愈疡片治疗。对比观察组和对照组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率与对照组相比明显较高,差异具备统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:临床治疗反流性食管炎时使用埃索美拉唑结合健胃愈疡片能有效缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,可大力推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole combined with Jianwei Yuyang Tablet in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods: From March 2014 to March 2015, 126 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n = 63) Piece of treatment, the other 63 patients as a control group, the use of Jianwei Yuyang film treatment. The therapeutic effects of the observation group and the control group were compared. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The esomeprazole combined with Jianweiyuyang tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect of esophageal reflux esophagitis, and can be widely applied.
