近年澳大利亚一般行业及油气行业财税政策都有所收紧,投资法规也比较严苛,但能源管理体制健全、油气行业税负中等略低、整体营商环境便利度优势,加上稳定的政局与极高的安全系数,“走出去”企业对澳大利亚油气等能源领域投资仍较具吸引力。澳大利亚是我国LNG的主要来源国,在我国能源需求飞速膨胀的情况下,如何更好的开发与利用其充沛的油气资源是一个值得探究的问题。
In recent years, the fiscal and tax policies of the general industry and the oil and gas industry in Australia have tightened and the investment laws and regulations have been stringent. However, the energy management system is sound and the tax burden in the oil and gas industry is slightly lower. The convenience of the overall business environment is coupled with a stable political situation. High safety factor, “going global” companies are still attractive to Australian oil and gas and other energy sources. Australia is the main country of origin of LNG in our country. With the rapid expansion of energy demand in our country, how to better develop and utilize its abundant oil and gas resources is a question worth exploring.
