患者男,46岁,曾于1991年4月26日在外院行左眼白内障囊外摘出及后房型人工晶体植入术。术后1个月人工晶体向前脱位,光学面嵌顿于虹膜面,6月3日行人工晶体复位术,术中后囊膜破裂,复位失败。2周后再次手术,取出后房型人工晶体,同时植入前房型人工晶体。术后半年,反复眼红胀痛,畏光流泪,近1个月来症状加重,于1991年11月29日收入我院治疗。入院检查:左眼视力0.1,混合充血,角
Male, 46 years old, had an extracapsular cataract extracapsular extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in a foreign hospital on April 26, 1991.
