在人类文明发展的今天,高科技的发展已进入了一个新时代。随之而来的是人类的文明,社会的进步,所有这些都离不开图书,当然更离不开图书馆。书是知识的海洋,是打开智慧之门的金钥匙,而图书馆则是智慧的源泉,人类灵魂的宝库。当今基层图书馆已成为生产科研的阵地,农村致富的中心。是人们读书、陶冶情操,传播文明的重要场所。正如李鹏总理在《国际图联第62届大会欢迎词》中所说的那样:“图书馆作为人类知识的宝库,在推动世界文明的发展中起着不可替代的作用。” 那么我区基层图书馆在两个文明建设中起到哪些重要作用呢?

The ensuing human civilization, social progress, all of these are inseparable from the books, of course, can not be separated from the library. The book is the sea of knowledge, the golden key to open the door of wisdom, and the library is the source of wisdom, the treasure house of human souls. Today’s grass-roots library has become the production of scientific research positions, the center of rural prosperity. It is an important place for people to study, cultivate sentiments and spread civilizations. As Prime Minister Li Peng said in the “Welcome Letter of the 62nd Congress of the IAF”: “As a treasure trove of human knowledge, libraries play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of world civilization.” What important role does grassroots libraries play in the construction of the two civilizations?
