近十年来,褐稻虱连年猖獗为害,已成为晚稻高产丰收的障碍之一.为了适应生产上的需要,以及为抗虫育种材料的选择提供依据,我们于1979年把本所育种室提供的杂交组合、不育系、恢复系等材料进行室内苗期单株接虫鉴定;同时,对作为全国、省、地区区域试验的杂交组合抗褐稻虱的情况,采用田间自然诱发的方法进行初步的鉴定,现将结果整理于下. 一、鉴定的材料和方法 (一)凡供室内、田间鉴定用的材料均由本所育种研究室杂优新三系选育课题组提供.其中用于室内鉴定的材料35份,内杂优组合30份,其中有3个杂优组合已在生产上推广应用.供田间自然诱发鉴定的材料35份,内属全国区域试验的5份,属省、地区级区域试验的30份.
