毛泽东农村工业化思想是毛泽东社会主义工业化理论的重要组成部分,它是对近百年来中国先进分子探索适合中国国情的工业化道路所取得的理论成果的承继,是对马列主义工业化理论的丰富和发展,是对斯大林工业化理论的超越。它是邓小平工业化和乡镇企业理论的重要理论来源,为我国当代工业化以及乡镇企业的发展提供了经验借鉴和理论启迪,为发展经济学做出了一定的理论贡献,对当代发展中国家探索自己的工业化道路有重要的理论指导意义。
