目的分析目前基层医院临床药学工作开展中存在的问题,并积极思考对策。方法调研国内基层医院临床药学方面的文献资料,结合自身工作实践思考存在的问题与发展策略。结果基层医院临床药学工作开展存在的问题是多方面的,主要是临床药师现有的知识结构不符合临床要求、基层医院对于临床药学的工作认识不足、临床药学体制不完善、药师职责不明确等,必须针对这些问题找出相应的对策。结论以病人为中心提供全方位的药学服务是医院药学工作发展的方向。只有不断提高专业水平和服务意识,才能搞好临床药学工作,以达到确保临床用药安全、有效、合理、经济的目标。
Objective To analyze the existing problems in the development of clinical pharmacy in primary hospitals and to give some suggestions. Methods Investigate the literature of clinical pharmacy in primary hospitals in our country, and consider the existing problems and development strategies with their own work practices. Results There are many problems in the clinical pharmacy work in primary hospitals. The main problems are: the current knowledge structure of clinical pharmacists does not meet the clinical requirements, the lack of understanding of clinical pharmacy in primary hospitals, the imperfect clinical pharmacy system and the unclear responsibilities of pharmacists , We must find out the countermeasures against these problems. Conclusion It is the direction for the hospital pharmacy to provide a full range of pharmacy services with the patient as the center. Only by continuously improving the professional level and service awareness can we do a good job in clinical pharmacy in order to achieve the goal of ensuring the safety, effectiveness, reasonableness and economy of clinical medication.
