商务部对外援助项目招标委员会于2006年8月25日举行了2006年第22次例会。现将会议情况和决议通告如下:一、研究了援朝鲜1万吨柴油紧急救灾项目的招标方式。招标委员会决定采取有限邀请招标方式.邀请中国中化集团公司、中国联合石油有限责任公司和黑龙江联合石油化工有限公司等3家企业参加投标。有关发送招标文件等具体事宜另行通知。
The bidding committee for foreign aid projects of the Ministry of Commerce held its 22nd regular meeting in 2006 on August 25, 2006. The meeting and the resolution are hereby announced as follows: I. Studied the method of inviting bids for emergency relief projects of 10,000 tons of diesel fuel to North Korea. Tendering Committee decided to take a limited invitation to invite tenders, inviting China Sinochem Corporation, China United Oil Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang United Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and other three companies to participate in the bidding. Specific issues such as the sending of tender documents will be announced separately.
