淋球菌和脑膜炎球菌的IgA蛋白酶在作用原理、抗原特性和基因结构上均有很大的相同性,统称为奈瑟氏菌IgA蛋白酶。IgA蛋白酶的免疫原性很强,由其诱生的抗体能中和IgA蛋白酶的活性。中和活性主要取决于酶的中和表位。本文综述了近年来淋球菌IgA蛋白酶的免疫学研究进展。
Neisseria gonorrhoeae and IgA protease IgA protease in the principle of action, antigenicity and genetic structure are very similar, collectively referred to as Neisseria IgA protease. The IgA protease is highly immunogenic and the antibodies induced by it can neutralize IgA protease activity. Neutralization activity is mainly dependent on the neutralizing epitope of the enzyme. This review summarizes the immunological research progress of gonococcal IgA protease in recent years.
