胰岛β细胞瘤可出现神经精神症状,初诊常易误诊,现将我院自1990年8月至1993年11月收治经手术证实的胰岛β细胞瘤5例,综合国内自1985年至1994年报道10篇97例(均经手术证实),共102例分析如下。 临床资料 一般资料 本组102例,男52例,女50例。年龄12～71岁,病程10个月～20年,3年以上16例。有中枢神经症状昏迷67例,昏迷伴抽搐31例,头晕、头痛18例,昏睡4例,晕厥3例,记忆力减退6例,视物不清5例,
The neuropsychiatric symptoms can occur in pancreatic β-cell neoplasms, and the first diagnosis is often misdiagnosed. Five cases of pancreatic β-cell neoplasms confirmed by surgery have been treated in our hospital from August 1990 to November 1993. The results have been comprehensively reported from 1985 to 1994 in China. 10 of 97 cases (all confirmed by surgery) were analyzed in 102 cases as follows. Clinical data General information The group of 102 patients, 52 males and 50 females. Age 12 to 71 years, duration of 10 months to 20 years, more than 3 years in 16 cases. There were 67 cases of central nervous system coma, 31 cases of coma with convulsions, 18 cases of dizziness, headache, 4 cases of drowsiness, 3 cases of syncope, 6 cases of memory loss, and 5 cases of unclear vision.
