随着学习型、知识型组织理念的兴起,扁平化的组织结构得到越来越多的重视。管理层级的精简和决策权下沉使得扁平化的企业面对市场环境的变化能够迅速做出调整,从而提高企业的管理效率和市场竞争力。但组织的扁平化必然带来信息的海量增长和沟通复杂性的提高,这给组织信息的有效传递带来了巨大的困难,因此扁平化组织内部的沟通管理变得十分重要。
With the rise of learning-oriented and knowledge-based organizations, the flattened organizational structure has received more and more attention. The streamlining of management and the declining power of decision-making make it possible for the flattened enterprises to make prompt adjustments in the face of changes in the market environment so as to enhance their management efficiency and market competitiveness. However, the flattening of the organization will inevitably lead to the massive increase of information and the increase of the complexity of communication, which brings great difficulties for the effective transmission of the organization information. Therefore, the communication management inside the flat organization becomes very important.
