申卫星,1970年生,山东日照人,吉林大学法学学士、法学硕士,中国政法大学法学博士,北京大学法学博士后,现任清华大学法学院院长、教授、博士生导师,曾获得第七届“全国十大杰出青年法学家”(2014)、“首都教育先锋”(2009)称号,兼任中国法学会民法学研究会理事、北京市法学会物权法研究会副会长、中国卫生法学会副会长、中国法学教育研究会副会长等职,曾为德国科隆大学访问学者(1999)、弗赖堡大学高级访问学者(2002)、美国哈佛大学富布赖特访问学者(2009)、德国洪堡学者
