新浪微博拥有庞大的用户群体,覆盖了广泛的行业领域,是良好的图书馆移动服务平台。文章以北京市66所高校图书馆为调查对象,对已开通微博服务的36所北京高校图书馆微博服务进行系统调查,着重讨论了北京市高校图书馆微博的开通、使用情况以及服务内容,并针对微博服务中存在的问题提出了相应的解决对策,以优化高校图书馆移动服务。
Sina microblogging has a huge user base, covering a wide range of industries, is a good library mobile service platform. Taking the 66 university libraries in Beijing as the research object, this article conducts a systematic investigation on the microblogging services of 36 Beijing university libraries that have launched the microblogging service. The article mainly discusses the opening, usage and service of the microblogs of the university library in Beijing Content, and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems in the Weibo service to optimize the mobile library service in colleges and universities.
