教育者、学习者、教育影响是教育的三大要素。从长期看,一个阶段教育教学改革的走向,实质在于这三大要素之间关系的偏颇与平衡。特别在当今教育多元化背景下,我们面临着不少新的困惑和挑战:师与生,教与学,知识与能力,过程与结果,科学与人文……总是在孰轻孰重、或多或少中令不少教师难以准确把握,以至于无所适从。人认识事物的过程,是一个从“混沌的整体”到“清晰的部分”再到“有机的整体”的过程。但问题是,当
Educators, learners, and educational influence are the three major elements of education.
