混铁炉是炼钢车间贮存铁水的重要设备,它的用途除了贮存铁水以满足炼钢炉的需要外,还有均匀铁水成分以及保持铁水温度的作用。提高混铁炉炉龄,对于改善平炉的冶炼操作条件,缩短冶炼时间,降低修炉费用和确保铁水罐的正常周转等,都有明显的好处。为此,我们在延长混铁炉使用寿命方面,进行了技术攻关活动,取得了一定效果。现将情况介绍如下。
Mixer is an important equipment for storing molten iron in the steelmaking workshop. Its purpose is to store the hot metal in order to meet the needs of the steel-making furnace, as well as to make the molten iron uniform and maintain the hot metal’s temperature. Improve the furnace age, for improving the smelting furnace operating conditions, shorten the smelting time, reduce repair costs and to ensure the normal turnover of the hot metal tank, there are obvious advantages. To this end, we have been in the extension of the life of the mixing furnace, carried out technical research activities, and achieved some results. Now the situation is as follows.
