长命百岁,是人们的美好愿望,也是养生的理想目标。那么,如何寿至期颐?听听百岁寿星的养生经,无疑是条“捷径”。百岁寿星本身就是一本养生有方的活教材,他们的衣食往行,都渗透着养生之道。年前,我们应上海人民出版社之约,编写了《寿星列传——古今中外百岁寿星的养生经》一书,为此,我们查阅了大量的历史资料,查访了数十位百岁寿星,发现有些寿星的饮食习惯或嗜好相当独特,有的甚至令人不可思议。他们的这种饮食嗜好是否与长寿有着某种联系?是否有科学道理?现写就小文,以共同研究和借鉴。
