基于USEPA ECOTOX水生生物毒理学数据,文章采用物种敏感性分布曲线法(SSD)和自然对数-累积概率型分布拟合法对缺水重污染河流———渭河陕西段中的环境内分泌干扰物五氯苯酚(PCP)的水质基准(WQC)进行了研究。研究结果显示:渭河陕西段中的PCP基准最大浓度(CMC)为21.35μg/L,基准连续浓度(CCC)为4.27μg/L。文章还给出了渭河陕西段中PCP水质基准的累积正态分布函数与概率密度函数。文章对渭河陕西段中PCP的WQC进行了确定性分析,分析结果认为在相关假设前提下PCP的WQC具有较高的参考价值,其确定性概率介于73.68%~100%之间。
Based on the data from USEPA ECOTOX aquatic toxicity test, the species-sensitive distribution curve (SSD) and natural logarithm-cumulative probability distribution fitting method were used to study the distribution of environmental endocrine disruptors in the Weihe River section Chlorophenol (PCP) water quality baseline (WQC) was studied. The results showed that the maximum PCC concentration (CMC) was 21.35μg / L in Shaanxi section of Weihe River and the CCC was 4.27μg / L. The article also gives the cumulative normal distribution function and probability density function of PCP water quality in Shaanxi section of Weihe River. The article analyzes the WQC of PCP in Shaanxi section of Weihe River. The results show that the WQC of PCP has higher reference value under the premise of relevant assumptions, and its deterministic probability is between 73.68% and 100%.
