目的:调查了解消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠与心理资本的相关性。方法:采用随机方便抽样方法,抽取新疆军区总医院消化门诊消化性溃疡患者372例作为研究组,同时抽取376例健康人群作为对照组,运用工作倦怠量表和心理资本量表进行测评研究。结果:372例消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠总检出率为90.32%,不同因子检出率为情感衰竭95.24%、人格解体78.87%、个人成就感检出率81.25%。研究组情感衰竭、人格解体得分显著高于对照组(t=4.805,2.303;P<0.05),个人成就感得分显著低于对照组(t=-2.407,P<0.05)。消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠与心理资本呈显著负相关(r=-0.213~-0.508,P<0.05)。心理资本对消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠具有负性预测作用(P<0.01)。结论:消化性溃疡患者为工作倦怠的高发群体,提高患者心理资本水平,对缓解或减轻患者工作倦怠程度具有积极意义。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between job burnout and psychological capital in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods: A total of 372 patients with digestive ulcer in the digestive clinic of General Hospital of Xinjiang Military Region were recruited as randomized and convenient sampling method. At the same time, 376 healthy people were selected as the control group, and the job burnout scale and psychological capital scale were used for evaluation. Results: The total detection rate of job burnout in 372 patients with peptic ulcer was 90.32%. The detection rate of different factors was 95.24% of emotional failure, 78.87% of personality breakdown and 81.25% of personal accomplishment. The scores of emotional failure and personality disintegration in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t = 4.805, 2.303; P <0.05). The score of personal achievement was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (t = -2.407, P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between job burnout and psychological capital in patients with peptic ulcer (r = -0.213 ~ -0.508, P <0.05). Psychological capital has a negative predictive value for job burnout in patients with peptic ulcer (P <0.01). Conclusion: Patients with peptic ulcer are the high incidence of job burnout, and improving the level of psychological capital in patients has positive significance in alleviating or reducing the degree of job burnout.
