本文测量了6名奇楚亚印第安人从其高原世居地(3500~4500m)下至海拔670m后第2天及第37天的整体肺容量、局部余气量与肺总容量之比(RVr/TLCr)、局部通气(V/V)及血流量(Q/V)等指标。结果发现,到达后的第2天,肺容量平均波动在低海拔居民(LAR)预期值的124%~137%,延至第37天亦无显著性改变。虽然整体RV/TLC与LAR的预期值间并无差别,但第2天时的RVr/TLCr与LAR相比,在顶部较高而肺底部较低。第2天或第37天时的局部Q/V及V/V与LAR相比,亦无区别,然而肺底部Q/V与肺顶部Q/V的比值在第2天时为2.36,
This paper measured the global lung capacity, the ratio of local residual air volume to total lung capacity (RVr / L) of 6 Chichuya Indians from their plateau habitat (3500 ~ 4500m) to 670m above sea level TLCr), local ventilation (V / V) and blood flow (Q / V) and other indicators. The results showed that, on the second day after arrival, the average lung volume fluctuated between 124% and 137% of the expected value of low-altitude inhabitants (LAR), and no significant change was observed until the 37th day.
