赵某某,女,12岁,住院号30653。自幼发现左眼下睑比右眼睑稍隆起,近4年来逐渐长大,自感眼部不适,且影响面容,于1987年11月3日入院。家族史无特殊。全身体检未见异常。眼部检查:右眼正常。左眼视力1.5,睑裂变小,下睑隆起,有约0.5cm 条索状硬肿物,周界不清晰,与皮肤无粘连,但与睑板粘连牢固。局部皮肤无异常,触压无痛感,翻开左眼下睑,见颞下球结膜和内眦泪湖处也均有0.5cm~3硬块,表面均与下睑结膜面一样光滑,触之硬而脆。入院诊断:(1)左眼下睑纤维瘤;(2)左眼下睑
