贿赂案件能否适用诱惑侦查,理论界、实务界众说纷纭,同意者更多关注如何适用即具体实施问题,不同意者则一概否定。结合诱惑侦查的特点和贿赂案件的类型,来阐述诱惑侦查在贿赂案件中的具体适用,以期为我国侦查实践和反腐败事业提供些许建议。
Whether bribery cases can be used to tempt the investigation, theorists and practitioners have different opinions, and those who agree will pay more attention to how they are applicable, that is, the specific implementation issues, and those who disagree will be denied altogether. Based on the characteristics of temptation investigation and the types of bribery cases, this article expounds the specific application of temptation investigation in bribery cases with a view to providing some suggestions for our country’s investigation practice and anti-corruption.
