成县近几年大力示范推广地膜洋芋—玉米—蒜苗套种新技术,取得了显著成效。全县由1994年的540亩发展到1998年的4 710亩,五年累计推广12 128亩。地膜洋芋、蒜苗亩收入1 180～1 540元,玉米亩产520～640千克,其亩收钱粮双过千,成为我县粮菜套种开发“双千田”和发展高产优质高效农业的有效途径。现将其栽培技术简介如下:
