高校体育教学团队是由体育专业或大学体育公共基础课程的教师组成的、以提高体育课程教学质量为目标而相互协作、共同承担责任的教师群体。在分析高校体育教学团队的内涵和特点的基础上,就当前的现状阐述了构建体育教学团队的必要性及其意义,进而根据高校体育院系自身的特点应从建立教学团队发展的相关制度与政策、遴选团队带头人、合理配置团队成员、建立共同愿景,营造合作氛围、建立评价机制,完善教学评价方法等方面入手推进高校体育教学团队建设。
The college physical education teaching team is made up of teachers majoring in physical education major or university public physical education course and cooperating with each other in order to improve teaching quality of physical education course and share the responsibility of teachers. Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of physical education teaching team in colleges and universities, this paper expounds the necessity and significance of constructing physical education teaching team based on the current status quo. Based on the characteristics of physical education faculty in colleges and universities, it is necessary to establish the relevant systems and policies for the development of teaching team , Selecting team leaders, allocating team members rationally, establishing common vision, creating cooperation atmosphere, establishing evaluation mechanism and perfecting teaching evaluation methods.
