在体操教学中如何讲清动作要领和保护与帮助的具体操作方法,是高体校育系(科)学生的一个薄弱环节。本文总结了经过教学实践检验的一些成功的经验,提出了体操动作要领的记忆法:“顾名思义”记忆法,“口诀”记忆法,“画简图”记忆法和“归类”记忆法。并提出记忆保护与帮助的一般操作方法:位置的选择,手法的采用,助力的部位,时机的大小。实践证明,掌握了记忆规律,有助于增强教学效果,提高教学质量。
How to clarify the essentials of action and the specific methods of protection and assistance in gym teaching is a weak link in the students of high school physical education departments. This article summarizes some successful experiences verified by teaching practice and puts forward the memory method of gymnastic action essentials: “memory as the name suggests”, “formulas” “formulas”, “memory” and “classified” memory methods. And put forward the general operation method of memory protection and help: the choice of location, the adoption of tactics, the parts that help, the timing of the size. Practice has proved that mastered the law of memory, help to enhance teaching effectiveness, improve teaching quality.
