三 钍钨合金在钨内添加最小粒度且均匀分布的氧化钍可以显著提高钨的高温强度、再结晶温度,并减少电子的逸出功。含钍钨棒和丝一般用来作为高温强度材料和电子发射材料。普兰西生产的VM含钍钨丝有两种含量:1.0±0.1%和2.0±0.2%。VM含钍钨丝的规格和VM钨丝的相同(见表11和表12)。含钍钨棒直径最小为0.5mm,含钍1%和2%。大于3mm的,钍含量要高些。含钍钨棒的表面质量和直径公差和钨棒的相同(见表4)。
Tri thorium tungsten alloy in tungsten to add the smallest particle size and uniform distribution of thorium oxide can significantly improve the high temperature strength of tungsten, recrystallization temperature, and reduce the work of electrons. Thoriated tungsten rods and wires are generally used as high temperature strength materials and electron emitting materials. The VM Thoriated tungsten produced by Planis has two contents: 1.0 ± 0.1% and 2.0 ± 0.2%. VM Thoriated tungsten wire specifications and the same VM tungsten (see Table 11 and Table 12). Thorium-containing tungsten rods minimum diameter of 0.5mm, containing thorium 1% and 2%. More than 3mm, thorium content higher. The surface quality and diameter tolerances of thoriated tungsten rods are the same as tungsten rods (see Table 4).
