机械合金化Ni_(20)Ti_(50)C_(30)粉末发生了爆炸式反应,反应产物中粉末和块状样品共存,经X射线衍射分析和扫描电镜观察表明反应过程中存在部分熔化.产物组成主要为TiC和Ni-Ti金属间化合物.作者认为球磨过程中球与球的猛烈撞击引发了初始TiC的形成,其巨大的生成热诱发了后续反应.
The explosive reaction of the mechanically alloyed Ni_ (20) Ti_ (50) C_ (30) powders occurred. The powder and the bulk samples coexisted. The results of XRD and SEM showed partial melting during the reaction. The main product composition of TiC and Ni-Ti intermetallic compounds. The authors believe that the ball and the ball during the ball milling violent impact triggered the formation of the initial TiC, its huge heat induced subsequent reaction.
