风叶罩壳是电扇风叶上的一个零件,我厂采用冲床成型后,在车床上进行切边旋压铆合衬片,由于夹具结构不合理,因此存在着端面跳动超差,加工效率较低。经过实践发现,衬片5在卷边时端面跳动较大,是超差的主要原因,为此,我们设计了双向夹紧切边封口夹具,收到了较好的效果。夹具原理和操作过程将衬片5放入罩壳4中,并放置在滑套8的定位台阶上。夹具的一部分装在尾架上,另一部
