甲基汞具有很强的神经毒性,可引起中枢神经系统不可逆改变,发育中的脑对甲基汞尤为敏感。本文就胎儿期、哺乳期低剂量甲基汞暴露对脑发育的影响及其性别差异,甲基汞的神经毒性机制等方面进行综述。
Methylmercury is very neurotoxic and can cause irreversible changes in the central nervous system. The developing brain is particularly sensitive to methylmercury. This article reviews the effects of low dose methylmercury exposure during fetal and lactational periods on brain development and their gender differences, and the neurotoxic mechanism of methylmercury.
