施工企业是项目的重要执行方,只有充分解决施工企业在建造合同在执行过程中的实际存在的问题,才能够有效确保施工企业在建造合同执行过程中能够更好的控制项目的成本并且让该项目实现稳定以及更加健康的发展。笔者根据多年从业经验针对施工企业在建造合同协议的执行过程中存在的问题以及原因进行充分的分析,再从建造合同成本以及相关的收入的管理、完工进度的确认等各个方面的优化措施。
Construction enterprises are the important executors of the project. Only by fully solving the actual problems of construction enterprises in the implementation of construction contracts can they effectively ensure that the construction enterprises can better control the cost of the project during the implementation of construction contracts, The project achieved stable and healthier development.
