在耳部手术中应用氧化铝陶瓷赝复物起始不久,作者又制做了轻型(6~7mg)听骨赝复物,并用于鼓室成形和耳硬化症的听力改进手术中以代替砧骨或镫骨。听骨赝复物为圆柱形(长7mm直径0.4m m),一端有小叉,其两臂间距0.9~1.2mm。为修复骨性外耳道后壁还制做了40×20×0.5mm的有孔(孔径1 mm,间距2mm)陶瓷板。为充填乳突术腔准备了直径2 mm,长5mm的柱状体,为鼓室通气做了长3 mm,外径1.2mm,内径1mm,一端有帽的通气管。赝复物可用剪刀修剪以适应手术的需要。与听骨接合处要放置少许结缔组织,做槌骨迷路联接术时卵圆窗处要用筋膜覆盖。在三年的观察中见到氧化铝陶瓷听骨赝复物与槌骨或砧骨以及前庭窗结合良好。在200余例手术中未见移植物进入迷路造成外淋巴瘘或继发
