Objective: To study the clinical diagnostic value of double-slice spiral CT in metastatic liver cancer for clinical reference and reference. Methods: Thirty-one patients with metastatic liver cancer were studied. All patients were clinically diagnosed, and were subjected to double row spiral CT scan and pathological diagnosis. The diagnostic value of CT scan for patients was analyzed. RESULTS: All the 31 patients were diagnosed with pathological diagnosis as gold standard, and 27 cases were diagnosed accurately with CT. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P>0.05). CT scans are multiple scattered nodules with low or uneven density and blurred boundaries. Conclusion: The use of double-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of metastatic liver cancer has a higher clinical value. It can better detect the patient’s lesions, and make benign and malignant judgments. It is worthy of application.
