煤炭工业部职业医学研究所物理因素研究室邢娟娟等,为了解井下噪声对矿工的听力损伤情况和恢复规律,做了井下噪声模拟动物实验。5组豚鼠分别暴露模拟井下噪声117dB(A)1、2、4、8和16天,每天1小时,暴露前后不同时间分别测试皮层反应阈及脑干电反应。用扫描和透射电镜观察耳蜗毛细胞及细胞内亚显微结构改变情况。
Institute of Occupational Medicine, Ministry of Coal Industry Xing Juanjuan and other physical factors, in order to understand the mine noise underground mine hearing damage and recovery rules, made a noise simulation underground animal experiments. Five groups of guinea pigs were exposed to simulated underground noise of 117dB (A) for 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 days respectively, and the cortical response threshold and brainstem response were tested at different time before and after exposure for 1 hour. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the changes of cochlear hair cells and intracellular ultrastructures.
