小儿桡骨头半脱位,俗称牵拉肘,是二至五岁儿童最常见的肘关节损伤。小儿受伤的胳膊感到疼痛,不被抬起,手不能握物,前臂保持半屈曲位。造成这种损伤的原因有以下几点, 一、家长牵着小孩的胳膊上台阶或过马路用力过猛。二、因小孩哭闹,家长猛拉小儿胳膊。三、有的小孩刚学会走路,要跌跤时,手拉桌椅使肘部受到牵拉。四、家长帮助孩子穿衣伸袖时用力不当。为什么这种损伤多发生在二至五岁的儿童?因为,这时肘关节正处在发育过程中,关节结构不稳
