急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)是淋巴细胞在某一分化阶段的异常克隆扩增的异质性疾病,现代化疗虽可使儿童ALL的缓解率和生存期有显著提高,然而对成人ALL的疗效仍然不理想,进一步深入探讨成人ALL治疗的相关因素和临床经验仍是临床上的重要课题,本文总结我们用VD D(P)+M强化诱导治疗成人ALL的资料,报告如下:
