研究结果表明 ,渣中的Fe3O4溶透进耐火砖内的深度不大 ,但是使砖体内部发生了质的变化。硅酸盐相有较强的渗透进耐火砖内部的能力 ,并且在铁尖晶石和镁尖晶石之间形成固溶体 ,因此降低了固体材料之间的直接结合能力。硅酸盐相和F3O4相的渗透和反应是影响耐火材料寿命的主要因素之一。
The results show that the depth of Fe3O4 in the slag is not large enough to penetrate into the refractory brick, but the quality of the brick body is changed qualitatively. The silicate phase has a stronger ability to penetrate into the interior of the firebrick and forms a solid solution between the iron spinel and the magnesium spinel thus reducing the direct binding capacity between the solid materials. Permeation and reaction of silicate phase and F3O4 phase are one of the main factors affecting the life of refractory materials.
