我厂为了因地制宜,就地取材,大胆采用本地生产的天然钒钛生铁制造稀土钒钛球铁。这种生铁资源较丰富;硫含量低,利于球化;硅含量低,利于孕育。因含钒钛合金元素,对熔制特种铸铁,特别是耐磨铸铁更为有利,可较大提高机械性能,延长使用寿命。我们根据本地生铁成份,适当调整熔炼工艺、材料及熔炼参数,在装载机、铲运机和推土机等26件球铁件中应用,取得较好效果。

Due to vanadium-titanium alloy elements, it is more advantageous to melt special cast iron, especially wear-resistant cast iron, which can greatly improve the mechanical properties and prolong the service life. According to the local pig iron ingredients, we adjusted the smelting process, materials and melting parameters appropriately and applied them to 26 pieces of ductile iron parts, such as loaders, scrapers and bulldozers, which achieved good results.
