本文采用气相色谱法。研究了用一根色谱柱分析测定苹果中三种有机磷农药残留。通过对方法回收率、添加回收率及方法验证试验,证实了本方法的准确性及可行性。
In this paper, gas chromatography. A column was used to determine the residues of three organophosphorus pesticides in apples. Through the method recovery rate, recovery rate and method validation test, confirmed the accuracy and feasibility of the method.
