目的:从普通百里香实生苗、种子无菌苗和组培苗中提取精油,并分析其化学成分及相对含量。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油,利用气质联用法(GC-MS)并结合色谱峰面积归一化法对其化学成分和相对百分含量进行比较研究。结果:3种培养条件下的百里香精油的主要化学成分无明显的差异,均含有百里香精油的主要成分:百里香酚、香芹酚、邻-伞花烃、γ-松油烯、石竹烯等,只是相对含量略有差异。结论:该研究为进一步通过离体培养途径生产百里香精油提供了重要的理论依据和数据参考。
OBJECTIVE: To extract essential oil from common thyme seedlings, seedless seedlings and tissue culture seedlings, and analyze its chemical composition and relative content. Methods: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical composition and relative percentage were compared by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with the normalization of chromatographic peak area. Results: There was no significant difference in the main chemical constituents of thyme oil under the three culture conditions. Both of them contained the main components of thyme oil: thymol, carvacrol, o-cymene, γ-terpinene and caryophyllene, Only a slight difference between the relative content. Conclusion: This study provides important theoretical basis and data reference for the further production of thyme oil through in vitro culture.
