《课程标准》指出:课堂是动态的,是生成的。特别是在提倡“把课堂还给学生”、“把精彩留给学生”的今天,科学合理的师生互动,是扎实有效地组织教学,提高课堂教学效率的有效途径。课堂中,师生、生生之间平等对话,面对学生的见解,教师给予的是密切的关注,亲切的呵护,让“有益”的课堂生成的信息开出灿烂的花朵。教师充分尊重学生的学习感受,以学定教,尽管学生的发言是无序的,但这样的课堂犹如一首散文诗,形“散”而神“聚”!那么如何
