半圆轴瓦内螺旋油线的加工一般是把半圆轴瓦胎体固定于车床主轴上进行车削加工.但在加工时,进退车刀必须在几秒钟的时间内完成,稍有不慎就会车坏瓦口造成废品.我们厂在给淄博渔轮柴油机厂生产轴瓦时,就遇到这种情况,后来经过我们多次分析和实践,设计了一种左右旋螺线靠模,解决了这一难题.2 结构形式(如图1所示)1 矩形齿左右旋螺旋线靠模,左右旋螺旋线的螺距相等,都等于轴瓦内螺旋线的螺距,并且左右旋螺旋线在圆周上相互连接,平滑过渡.当加工轴瓦为右旋螺旋线时,靠模的右旋螺旋线在圆周上为200°,左旋螺旋线为160°.同理,当加工轴瓦为主旋螺旋线时,靠模的左旋螺旋线在圆周上为200°,右旋螺旋线为160°,靠模固定于车床主轴上.
