作者采用亚慢性动物实验的方法对染氟砷和染氟、染砷大鼠肾组织脂质过氧化和抗氧化能力以及肾组织无机元素代谢情况进行了研究。结果显示,氟砷联合作用及氟和砷的单独作用均可引起肾组织自由基平衡紊乱和无机元素的异常改变。因此,探讨肾脏酶类活性及无机元素含量的变化,对阐明氟、砷及其联合中毒的发生机制具有重大意义。
The authors used sub-chronic animal experiments to study the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity of renal tissue and the metabolism of inorganic elements in kidney tissue of arsenic-contaminated and arsenic-contaminated and arsenic-contaminated rats. The results showed that the combined effect of fluoride and arsenic and the separate effects of fluoride and arsenic could cause disorder of free radical balance in kidney tissue and abnormal changes of inorganic elements. Therefore, to explore the changes of renal enzyme activity and inorganic element content is of great significance to clarify the mechanism of fluorine, arsenic and their combined poisoning.
