针对青藏高原的特点,通过对钻孔灌注桩及其周围土层温度变化过程的研究,了解混凝土温度与地基土温度的变化规律,作为选择混凝土防冻措施和混凝土拌和料温度的依据。通过对孔壁、桩侧(距桩侧35cm)、基准测温孔(距承台中心20m)的地温观测,把握混凝土施工材料及施工方法对钻孔灌注桩的回冻规律的影响,并对钻孔机具的性能、钻进效率、成桩工艺、桩体混凝土灌注工艺进行了研究。
According to the characteristics of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, through the study of the temperature change process of the bored pile and its surrounding soil, the variation law of the temperature of the concrete and the temperature of the foundation soil is understood as the basis for choosing the anti-freezing measures of the concrete and the temperature of the concrete mixing material. Through the observation of the ground temperature of the hole wall, pile side (35cm from the pile side) and the reference temperature measuring hole (20m from the platform center), the influence of concrete construction materials and construction methods on the freeze-thaw law of bored piles was studied. Drilling equipment performance, drilling efficiency, into pile technology, pile concrete pouring process were studied.
