利用60Co-γ射线辐射处理草地早熟禾的三个品种解放者、新哥来德和奖品的干种子,观测不同辐射剂量(0 Gy、50 Gy、100 Gy、150 Gy、200Gy)的60Co-γ射线对种子发芽的影响及种子萌发过程中的SOD和POD酶的活性。结果表明,低剂量(50Gy)的辐射有促进作用,高剂量的辐射对草地早熟禾种子的萌发有抑制作用,且随着辐射剂量的加大,抑制作用增强。在这五种剂量的辐射下,两种酶的活性都是先升高后降低。
60 Co-γ radiation was used to treat the dry seeds of three varieties of Kentucky bluegrass, neo-Gredit and prizes, and the effects of different doses of 60Co-γ (0 Gy, 50 Gy, 100 Gy, 150 Gy, 200 Gy) Effect of radiation on seed germination and SOD and POD enzyme activities during seed germination. The results showed that low dose (50 Gy) of radiation had a promoting effect, and high dose of radiation had inhibitory effect on the germination of Poa pratensis L. seeds. With the increase of radiation dose, the inhibition increased. In these five doses of radiation, the activity of the two enzymes are first increased and then decreased.
