新建企业工会组建是当前工会工作的重中之重。全国和全省新建企业工会组建工作会议以来,各地采取超常规的措施,使工会组建工作取得了令人鼓舞的成绩。截至今年6月底,全省新建企业已累计建会62324家,其中1-6月新增43123家;全省新建企业已累计发展会员176.97万人,其中1-6月新增会员115.28万人,分别占年度目标任务的85.0%和75.4%。新建企业工会组建是一个新领域,新情况、新问题层出不穷,为了保持新建企业工会组建工作的良好发展势头,充分发挥新建企业工会的作用,我们综合调查掌握的情况,认为当前有几个问题需要注意。
The formation of a new enterprise union is the most important task for the current union. Since the work conference on the establishment of trade unions across the country and the province’s newly established enterprises, extraordinary measures have been taken everywhere to make the formation of trade unions an encouraging result. As of the end of June this year, the number of newly-built enterprises in the province has accumulated 62,324, of which 43,123 newly added in January-June. The newly-built enterprises in the province have accumulated a total of 1,769,700 members, including 1,128,000 new members from January to June, Accounting for 85.0% and 75.4% of the annual target and tasks respectively.
