在毛主席革命路线的指引下,在批林整风运动深入发展中,我矿开展了轰轰烈烈的以提高产品质量为中心的加强企业管理的优质、高产、多品种、低消耗的增产节约运动。在运动中,矿党委大抓提高选矿回收率的工作,采取了一系列有效措施,放手发动群众,大搞选矿设备单机试验,将回收产品的下限降低,将甩尾筛孔径由0.5毫米改为0.44毫米和0.3毫米。这样,进入手选室的精矿中细级别(—0.5毫米)的精矿增加了。
