目的了解上海市闵行区某家具厂职业病危害现状,加强职业卫生监督管理。方法现场职业卫生调查、对作业场所的职业病危害因素进行检测。结果通过对该公司4个车间,共15个检测点的丙酮、噪声进行现场检测,发现除了印刷车间2号、5号印刷机清洗的丙酮浓度和搅拌车间搅拌区环境的噪声强度符合国家职业卫生标准外,其余检测点均超标。结论该包装有限公司存在职业病危害,需要完善的职业卫生综合防护措施,提高职业病防治的监管力度和监查力度。
Objective To understand the status of occupational diseases in a furniture factory in Minhang District, Shanghai and to strengthen the supervision and management of occupational health. Methods On-site occupational health survey was conducted to test the occupational hazards in workplaces. The results of the company’s four workshops, a total of 15 test points of acetone, noise, on-site testing and found that in addition to the printing press No.2, No.5 printing machine cleaning acetone concentration and mixing room noise intensity of the environment in line with national occupational health Standards, the remaining test points are exceeded. Conclusion The packaging company limited the occupational hazards, need comprehensive protective measures for occupational health and improve the supervision and management of occupational disease prevention and control efforts.
