2012年12月19日,安徽省人民政府决定,授予蚌埠玻璃工业设计研究院院长彭寿同志2012年度安徽省重大科技成就奖,此奖填补了蚌埠市无省重大科技成就奖的空白。彭寿现任国际玻璃协会主席、浮法玻璃新技术国家重点实验室主任、中国硅酸盐学会副理事长、蚌埠玻璃工业设计研究院院长。他是光华工程科技奖获得者、全国工程勘察设计大师、首批“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选、全国优秀科技工作者、全国劳动模范、全国“五一”劳动奖章获得者、合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区创新人才。
On December 19, 2012, Anhui Provincial People's Government decided to award Comrade Peng Shou, Dean of Bengbu Glass Industrial Design and Research Institute, a major scientific and technological achievement award of Anhui Province in 2012, which filled in the blank of Bengbu's major provincial science and technology achievement award. Peng Shou is chairman of the International Glass Association, director of the State Key Laboratory of Float Glass New Technology, vice chairman of China Silicate Society, and president of Bengbu Glass Industrial Design and Research Institute. He is the winner of Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award, the national master of engineering investigation and design, the first batch of “National Talents Project of the New Century Talents Project”, national outstanding scientific and technological worker, model worker of national labor force, national “51” labor Medalist, Hefei Wuhu integrated innovation pilot area innovative talents.
