耿继善(1860—1928),字成性。河北省深州人氏。耿幼从形意拳大家刘奇兰,得刘之真传,与李存义并为刘之最著弟子。 耿于形意一门研究极深,功入化境。其形意大枪亦著称于世,在江湖上素有“粉面金刚耿大枪”之称,驰名南北。迷踪艺大师霍元甲对其武技尤服焉。霍氏在沪上初创精武会时,特邀耿前去该会教授枪法,霍称耿之枪法精妙入微,世之稀有。霍氏入室弟子刘震声曾求教于耿。
